The location was perfect, just off the main shopping street, allowing me to easily access everything in this city. The hotel facilities were great, including a fine garden where I could relax and unwind. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast served at the Animal restaurant. the cleanliness, transportation options, and the hotel's easy accessibility were all fantastic.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access everything. Guests can enjoy the lovely garden and dine at the Animal restaurant. The staff go above-and-beyond to provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, with a super comfy bed and a great shower. The breakfast is incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options served between 7-11. The hotel also offers a natural pool, a perfect way to cool off after a hot day in the city.
The bedside shelf is small, limiting the space for personal items like books.

I had such an amazing experience at this hotel - a retreat in the heart of the city. The fine design and well-maintained greenery made for a beautiful ambiance. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore Chiado, Baixa, and Principe Real on foot. The attentive staff and delicious breakfast further enhanced my stay. The hotel was super clean throughout and felt luxurious. The small pool and outdoor area provided a welcome calm in the bustling city.
Some of the rooms can be noisy, with poor soundproofing. Housekeeping needs improvement, as we experienced issues with the third bed not being ready and a lack of towels for the third person.
